Rimu Hub Day @ Omatua!

The sun shines on Cyclones!
Last Thursday, Rimu Hub all joined together at Camp Omatua for a fun-filled hub activity day. The students were all in groups and had created their own log for their group. I got to run the Amazing Race and I was so proud of the teamwork, thinking and support for each other shown by each group. We are lucky to have students that show so much PRIDE in Rimu Hub and our hub day was a special day to be a part of.

    What a super fun day you all had! The floating down the river on the tubes looks like heaps of fun.
    Fantastic boats you made too. You are all so lucky to have such great opportunities!

    What a great day we had at Omatua. I was very impressed with the wonderful pride the children showed, their team work and supporting others. Great skills Rimu Hub.

    I love these photos - everybody is smiling at Camp Omatua! You all look like you were having such a busy time and it was awesome you had great weather after Cyclone Pam. Isn't it amazing how quick the river cleared after all of that rain...good job Rimu!

    It really was such a privilege to have the rest of Rimu Hub come and out and have some fun with us! It's such a credit to the school for how well behaved our children were! They worked so well in their groups and showed integrity and personal best!! Such an awesome couple of days! :)

      I agree entirely, Miss Plimmer. The Rimu students really are a credit to Parkvale School. I am glad Rimu Plimmer had so much fun!

    It looked like you guys had a very cool camp. The boat racing looked funny and would of been fun and congrats to the boat racing winners. Once again I hope you guys had a great time
